Micropaleontology is published online, with print option, in six issues per year (including theme issues and monographs) containing peer-reviewed research on systematics, morphology, biology and ecology of animal, plant, and protist microfossils and their living representatives. Geological applications of micropaleontology, together with research in other stratigraphic subdisciplines, are published in the companion Stratigraphy. Subscription for 2012: Micropaleontology (v. 58) and Stratigraphy (v. 9) are combined for a total of 10 issues. Subscriptions are on annual basis, with all issues of the volume included. Professional (including student) subscriptions are available on approval by the Editor. Printed copies are optional at $15 per issue, to cover printing and mailing. Internet Access: Subscribers have direct IP-controlled access to all issues from vol. 1 no. 1 without restriction, or password access for users connected via commercial servers. Contents and abstracts of all issues are available in open public access. Out of print back issues: Recent back issues that have gone out of print are available as single PDF files of the complete contents, free of charge. These are taken directly from the files sent to press, and if printed on both sides of good quality paper will be indistinguishable from the original pages.
