A new name Cyclammina saidovae nom. nov. is proposed for the species Cyclammina pseudopusilla described by Hanagata (2003, p. 312, 316, pl.4, figs. 2-5). This species is a junior homonym of C. pseudopusilla Saidova (1975, p. 86, pl. 24, fig. 8). The newly proposed name is a dedication to Professor Khadyzhat Magomedovna Saidova for her significant contribution to the study of modern foraminifera from the Pacific Ocean.
